Tina Fey, Jamie Dornan and Riz Ahmed have been named as the first three hosts of the new British version of Saturday Night Live. Fey - who has writing, acting and hosting credits on the American sketch show - will host the first episode on 21 March, joined by indie band Wet Leg as the musical guest. The six-part SNL UK series will be broadcast live from London at 22:00 every Saturday on Sky. The show marks the first British incarnation of the sketch series, which was created by Lorne Michaels and first launched in the US in 1975. Saturday Night Live UK will follow a similar format, with each 75-minute episode featuring an opening monologue as well as topical sketches, live music and a satire of the week's news called Weekend Update. The writers for the show include 8 Out of 10 Cats writer Charlie Skelton, Stath Lets Flats actor and comedian Al Roberts and Have I Got News For You's Bella Hull.
